Competency Presentation to State Medical Review Team

Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Frank Weber, M.S./L.P. will present on Competency to the State Medical Review Team via Zoom from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The training will discuss Competency: to stand trial, sign contracts, guardianship, be a fit parent, to sign treatment agreements, refuse services and the temporary inability to sign for services. Frank will also be sharing some forensic information at the end of the training.

Weber will be  at the 42nd  Annual Buffalo Chamber's Art & Craft Festival in Buffalo, selling and signing all of his books from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Buffalo Chamber's Art & Craft Festival is in downtown Buffalo on 1st Avenue and Division Street. It’s a chance to read one before the library tour this Fall!

Thursday, August 7, 2025, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be a guest presenter to the Fine Arts Club in Fargo from 10:00 to 11:30  a.m. The event is sponsored by the Book Section of the Fine Arts Club of Fargo for their summer read. Frank will speak about his forensic work and the writing of true crime mysteries. Frank’s newest book, Scandal of Vandals, and his 2025 release, The Sun, will be available at the event. Scandal of Vandals is based on a true Minnesota mystery that was once touted as “the crime of the century.” A prominent Twin Cities attorney was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife. The Sun involves the fallout on the lives of the same characters after the appeal. Frank will share information related to the case and give a live demonstration of a lie detector test (volunteer a friend).  Frank will be sign books and answer individual questions. He will be available for questions after the event. The Fine Arts Club meets at  601 4th  Street South, Fargo. The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
