Thursday, March 11, 2027, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be speaking to the St. Cloud Reading Room Society from 5:15 to 5:55 p.m. The society was formed in 1865 and is the oldest women’s group in Minnesota.
