Weber will present on Identifying Risk Factors for Sex Offenders to Bloomington City Patrol Officers.  Frank will present to on grooming strategies used by offenders and indicators of escalating risk. The training will occur at the Bloomington City Hall - 1800 W Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN in the "Chadwick" room.
