Friday, December 12, 2025, Frank F. Weber, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author will be speaking from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon on a panel with Twin Cities Sisters in Crime authors Christine Husom, Jessie Chandler, and Judy Kerr on “True Crime and the Mystery Writer”: The lines blur between reality and fiction when true crime fiction is written. A fascinating journey to the darker side of the genre. There will be a moderator from Twin Cities Sisters in Crime and from the Dakota County Library staff.  Frank will be available to chat with attendees during an informal social hour from 10:00 to 10:45 am, just prior to the session.
