Sunday, March 1, 2026, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be speaking at Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative in Minneapolis, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Broken Clock offers a great coffee shop in the taproom. Frank will have his newest release, Heartbreak Hollow, at the event. This case involves the true crime case of a young woman named Eliana Castillo. She was promised a future. She woke up fighting for her life. Eliana Castillo was on the brink of a new beginning—an engagement to the heir of a powerful Midwestern crime family. But instead of getting the ring, she wakes up battered and bloodied in the freezing woods outside Detroit Lakes, with no memory of how she got there—or why someone wanted her dead. Frank will present a crime scene and assist participants through profiling a case. In addition, there will be a live demonstration of a lie detector test (volunteer a friend). It’s a great time to get questions answered about forensics and the writing of true crime mysteries. Frank will be at Broken Clock Brewing Coop. signing & selling books and answering individual questions by 12:00 p.m. and will be available after the event. Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative is located at: 1712 Marshall Street NE, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55413.
