Friday, November 6, 2026,  Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be speaking at the Pelican Rapids Public Library from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Frank will walk attendees through profiling a case and give a live demonstration of a lie detector test (volunteer a friend).  Frank will be at the library before and after the event signing books.
