Fresh off a bitter breakup, Beth Lockwood finds solace in the arms of Lorenzo Turrisi Caruso—a handsome, chivalrous stranger. But their passionate whirlwind romance screeches to a halt when Lorenzo is found murdered on her bedroom floor. The shock deepens when she discovers their "chance" meeting was anything but accidental. Meanwhile, investigator Serena Frederick is left badly injured after a devastating car crash. When her husband, Jon, uncovers a chilling link between Lorenzo’s murder and Serena’s accident, he is plunged into a dangerous web of deception. Packed with authentic true-crime details and rich character depth. Kirkus Review: “The novel is funny and compelling…the revelation of the perpetrator of the murder comes as a true surprise.” Moose Lake Brewing is located at: 244 Lakeshore Drive, Moose Lake, MN 55767.
